About
Hello! My name is Corinne and I’m an in-home personal trainer. I will come to your home when it’s convenient for you and build a program to meet your health and fitness goals.
Having owned and operated a dance and fitness studio, I have been a dance and fitness instructor for 12 years. I am also a Physiotherapist Assistant, and have worked at a physiotherapy clinic and at The Ottawa Hospital Rehabilitation Centre.

I have trained clients aged 15 to 91.
I will assess your fitness level and develop a program specifically designed for your body and goals. I can design programs from basic chair exercises, to injury rehabilitation, to high level strength training. Things my clients have told me:
“It’s easier to run up hills now!”
“I have no more pain!”
“It’s easier to get down and up from the floor.”
Resistance training is important to retain bone density and prevent osteoporosis. It also improves brain function, mental health, sleep, posture, mobility, and helps to maintain a healthy body weight.
The Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines recommends resistance training at least 2 days a week to all adults 18 and over, as well as 150 minutes a week of aerobic activity or 22 minutes a day.
